A few weeks back, I shared my decision to switch from the gym to swimming, to see how it goes.
Thought I’d check in with an update.
Since then, I’ve been in the pool—45 minutes, non-stop, 4 days a week.
And honestly? It’s been a great move.
I feel lighter, and the joint pain that used to nag me?
It’s fading.
I’m hopeful that, in a few more weeks, it’ll be just a memory.
There’s something about the rhythm of moving through water that just feels… right.
It’s like my body is saying, “Finally, thank you for this!”
Giving it a break from the weights and machines has done wonders.
This whole journey has reminded me that sometimes, we need to shake things up.
Change isn’t just refreshing—it’s essential.
When we step out of the routine and try something different—or something we once loved—we often find ourselves reaping unexpected rewards.
So, if you’re feeling stuck or worn out, maybe it’s time to switch things up.

PS: A new thing I have discovered is the use of underwater headphones. They are simply amazing and I’m having super fun listening to some exciting stuff!
