You can’t stay consistent until…

You can’t stay consistent until…

Diary of a Founder #42

I’ve tried starting so many things—workouts, healthy habits, new projects—you name it. And the truth?

I failed more times than I can count.

What makes us stick with something?

Over time, I’ve learned it all comes down to one thing:

The ‘why’ behind it.

If you’re truly connected to the reason you started, you’ll find ways to make it work—even when it’s hard.

It’s not just about discipline; it’s about chasing something you really want.

When your ‘why’ is strong, consistency isn’t a struggle—it becomes necessary.

You automatically find new ways to develop habits around whatever you are looking to achieve.

But if your goal is just a wish on a list, staying committed won’t last.

If you’re struggling with consistency, go back to your ‘why.’

Ask yourself—do I truly want this?

Or is it just an idea that sounded good?

So, what’s something you started but stopped?

If your reason was stronger, do you think you’d have kept going?
